Terms of Service

These terms cover purchases and custom design requests made through this site. By placing an order or submitting a design request, you agree to them.

1. Handmade, made to order

Every rug is hand-tufted individually after you order it — nothing is held in ready stock. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in color, pile texture, and exact shape from what's pictured are normal and not considered defects. Production typically takes a few weeks; we'll keep you updated by email.

2. Design quotes

The "Design a Rug" tool generates an AI-assisted design concept and a rough price estimate from your photo and notes. That estimate is non-binding — final pricing and design details are confirmed with you directly before any work begins.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪). Payment is collected in full at checkout through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you'll receive a confirmation email and a link to track it.

4. Cancellations, returns & refunds

See our Refund Policy for cancellation windows and what happens if something arrives damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual property

Photos or design ideas you submit are used only to create your piece. We may photograph finished commissions for the studio's portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to when you order.

6. Liability

We aim to describe every piece accurately, but we can't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
